Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which WENSLink Technologies ("Company") processes refunds for the Xandhi OS platform ("Service"). This policy is designed in compliance with Razorpay's merchant requirements and applicable consumer protection laws in India.

1. Free Plan (Starter)

The Starter plan is provided free of charge with limited features. No payment is collected and no refund is applicable. Users on the free plan may access basic features subject to daily and monthly usage limits as specified in the Service.

2. Pro Plan Refund

Pro plan subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date ("Cooling-Off Period") if they are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund during the Cooling-Off Period, email billing@xandhi.com with your registered email address and reason for refund. After the 7-day Cooling-Off Period, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis based on the remaining unused portion of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods after 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

3. Enterprise Plan

Enterprise plan refunds are governed by individual contract terms agreed upon between the Company and the enterprise customer. Standard refund terms apply unless explicitly modified in the enterprise agreement. Enterprise customers should contact their designated account manager or sales@xandhi.com for refund inquiries.

4. Cancellation Process

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support@xandhi.com or through the dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) subscription periods that have fully elapsed; (b) accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations; (c) usage-based charges already consumed (API calls, compute time); (d) promotional or discounted subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise; (e) fees for add-on services that have been fully delivered.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Supported payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is added to all paid plans. Tax invoices are generated automatically and available in your account dashboard.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was made in error or wish to dispute a transaction, contact billing@xandhi.com within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may escalate through Razorpay's dispute resolution mechanism or contact your card issuer/bank.
