These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and WENSLink Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Xandhi OS platform, website (xandhi.com), APIs, CLI tools, browser extensions, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
"Service" refers to the Xandhi OS platform including the web application at xandhi.com, AI code generation engine, build workspace, agent mode, template marketplace, CLI tool, VS Code extension, APIs, and all associated features and functionality. "Generated Code" means any source code, files, applications, or digital artifacts produced by the Service in response to User prompts. "Subscription" refers to any paid plan that provides enhanced access to the Service. "Content" means any data, text, prompts, files, or materials uploaded to or generated through the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including a valid email address and password meeting minimum security requirements (8 characters minimum). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Xandhi OS provides AI-powered code generation and application building services. The Service uses multiple third-party AI model providers to generate code based on user prompts. We do not guarantee that generated code will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers: Starter (Free), Pro (paid monthly), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Free plan users are subject to daily and monthly build limits. Paid subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
Generated Code produced through the Service is owned by you, subject to any third-party licenses that may apply to underlying libraries, frameworks, or dependencies included in the generated output. The Service itself, including its design, architecture, branding, logos, documentation, and proprietary technology, remains the exclusive property of WENSLink Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying software. The Xandhi name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of WENSLink Technologies.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate malicious code including viruses, malware, ransomware, or exploits; (b) generate content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties; (c) generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service; (e) circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or authentication mechanisms; (f) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service; (g) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (h) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WENSLink Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service generates code using AI models, and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of generated code for production use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated code before deployment.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting support@xandhi.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and/or through a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
